Refund Policy

Setup Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable. Setup fees cover the initial discovery, planning, design, and build phases of your project. Because this work begins immediately upon payment and is tailored specifically to your business, we are unable to offer refunds on setup fees once work has commenced.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you choose to cancel your retainer:

• You will retain access to services through the end of your current paid billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

How to Cancel

To cancel your retainer or end your engagement, send a written request to support@nowayysolutions.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation and ensure a smooth transition of any systems or data.
